No Refund Policy
Upon membership enrollment and payment of the one-time non-refundable consultation fee, and fees for any arranged meetings including (but not limited to) “Small Group Meeting with Janis & Carly,” “Private Meeting with Carly,” “Private Meeting with Janis,” “30 Minute Private Meeting with Janis & Carly,” and “60 Minute Private Meeting with Janis & Carly,” no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
These fees cover your inclusion in Our Love Sphere and the meetings conducted, without guarantee of a match. The policy remains in effect regardless of the level of service utilization or satisfaction experienced.
By enrolling and paying the required fees, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy in full.
