- Do women pay for your services?
Women pay an initial application fee and a one time consultation fee. The men are the clients
that retain Janis' services.
- What do I get for the $25 application fee?
The $25 is an application fee to Janis' private club. Once you have been accepted by Janis, you will
remain in our database. There is no renewal fee.
- How do I sign up? What are the steps in signing up?
Please visit the website, www.janisspindelmatchmaker.com. Please click on ; "women" and upload your
headshot, body shot and a brief profile. From there Janis, will review your application, and you will receive notification of the next step.
- Do you accept all races and religions?
Yes. We work with men and women from all different races and religions.
- What does the verification code mean? When can I expect a response ?
The verification code is an automated code that is generated to you via email once your women's club membership has been accepted. You can expect the automated email response within 24 hours.
- Am I guaranteed a match?
Men are the only ones that are guaranteed personal introductions, because they are the clients.
- If I'm out of state, when can I meet with Janis?
Janis travels about 9 months out of the year. When she comes to your area, we will reach out to you via email and/or mobile announcing her arrival. If, of course you are able to come to New York before she comes to you, we ask that you call the office to set up a time to meet Janis!
- Are prices different for women who live out of New York?
A one-on-one 30 min. consultation with Janis in New York is $1,000. When she travels, women pay an initiation fee of $100 per person for a group consultation.
- Do you have clients outside of New York?
Janis has clients from all over the country, including Canada.
- Do you only match Jewish people?
Absolutely not!
- I'm interested in joining your services, can you tell me a little about it.
Janis is a personal one-on-one matchmaker who takes on men ONLY as clients. Janis' clients are upscale, well groomed, well educated successful professionals who are looking to settle down and get married. Janis does not take women on as clients, however, she meets with women to see if they fit for any of her clients. They must be approved club members and have had a consultation.
- I met with Janis awhile ago, and I haven't heard from her, is there something I can do?
If you have already met with Janis, but have never been contacted for introductions, it means that you have not yet been a right "fit" for any of her clients, however, you are in her database and are considered for any future clients. We suggest you check the "Happenings" page on the website regularly for any upcoming lectures or events in your area, and be in front of her as much possible.
- Where do I submit my questionnaire?
Your questionnaire should be submitted at the time of your meeting with Janis, whether it's a one-on-one or at a meet and greet. Please make a photocopy of the questionnaire- do NOT rip it out of the book!
- Can you email me a copy of your questionnaire, I can't seem to find it in any books stores?
No, we do not email the questionnaire. The questionnaire can be found in Janis' first book, Get Serious About Getting Married. You can easily purchase the book on the website through amazon.com or barnesandnobles.com.
- How many clients do you have?
Janis does not count her clients... quality over quantity. It only takes ONE!
- What ages do you work with for both men and women?
Janis works with both men and women as young as 27 and as old as 78.
- Do you match men with women only if they are in the same state? Because I do not want to move or relocate?
Absolutely not. If Janis feels that two people are a match, it does not matter where they live. Janis has successfully matched numerous couples who have lived in different states.
